Hotel stuff was very polite and helpful, five star! Beach is awesome. Rooms are okay. Breakfast is gorgeous.

- frigde not cooling - air conditioning not working properly and with a bad smell - very few parking spaces (less than 10 for a hotel with more than 150 rooms) so there are good chances you will look more than half an hour for a parking space Noisy in the evening due to the 'cheap' entertaining program at the nearby hotel

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location directly next to the beach was perfect. The beach was clean and enjoyable even during high season. The breakfast was delicious and staff provided great service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and parking was hassle-free.

There were times when we did not have hot water, plus you have to pay for every drink in the dinner, even for water, i think it is rude for a 4 star hotel.

The views from anywhere in the resort are breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. We loved our sea-view balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, including a poolside snack bar, restaurant, and a kids club with plenty of activities for children of all ages.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated close to the perfect beach. Our room was quite spacious and offered a beautiful view of the island across the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and generous.

It was always crowded, and the service was bad. The food quality was very poor, and the staff ignored our requests numerous times.

Very pleasant hotel . Very care staffl (special thanks manager Dajane for fine accomodation!!!). In hotel the main building with rooms with a sea-view& balconies and some villas. Villas deserve special attention, the spacious numbers, two balconies with little tables and chairs, a fine view of the sea and a pine grove. A food various both veeeeery plentiful. Plank beds and parasols at pool, to the sea it is necessary to come downstairs, a shingle beach (is paid and free).

Nothing important, probably it concerns the personnel at restaurant, sometimes it is necessary to wait kellner (drinks at lunch is paid), during a breakfast service goes faster.

Lobby service was disaster. Especially receptionist Laura. During the check out time only one receptionist was working and the guests were staying in the queue.

I spent my Christmas holidays in a resort that had outstanding sea views from the room and offered a good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach and had easy access to different attractions in the area. I enjoyed the friendly and warm atmosphere created by the staff, who showed a good level of service.

Some aspects could have been improved. The cleaning service could have been better, as sometimes they missed some items in the room.

The main floor faicing to the sea can be noisy due to the evening entertainment. Plus there is only one counter where you can pay when you leave -so we had to wait long while the check out.

Tasty food, not far from the sea and the town

The room was very small for 4 persons we've ordered as Premium. Really it was a double room. The room has only 1 chair and miniature wardrobe and we should leave our clothes in the suitcases. Too many people on the beach.
